Once we have all the information we will provide a quote for your desired hair. Should you choose to proceed, a 50% deposit secures your order and initiates the crafting process. Throughout production, we'll keep you updated with progress reports, ensuring transparency every step of the way.

Upon completion, we kindly request the remaining 50% payment to finalise your order and prepare it for shipment. Your custom-made weft will then be meticulously packaged and dispatched, ready to enhance your locks with unmatched beauty and exceptional quality.

Custom wefts take 2-4 weeks to prepare. We keep you informed during the process and send you tracking details of your parcel once it is on its way to your doorstep.
